HOW BIG IS THE ESTATE?
The total land area of RedStone Private Country Estate is just over 116 hectares.
BULK SERVICES
WATER
RedStone Private Country Estate will be self sufficient with its own water supply. Water will be obtained from boreholes already on site.
ELECTRICITY
Will be supplied by the greater Tshwane network and metered privately.
SEWERAGE
RedStone Private Country Estate will be self sufficient with its own effluent treatment plant, already, constructed and held off-site.
CAN WE USE OUR OWN ARCHITECT?
RHOA appointed Chris Sparks Architects for phase 1 of the development, the same architect can be recommended for phases 2 & 3.
CAN WE USE OUR OWN BUILDER?
RHOA has appointed Todo Construction as the sole builders for the estate. The same builders can be recommended for phases 2 & 3 of the development.
DO I HAVE TO BUILD WITHIN A CERTAIN TIME FRAME?
Construction must commence immediately after receiving transfer of the stand.
ARE PETS ALLOWED AT REDSTONE PRIVATE COUNTRY ESTATE?
Yes, cats and dogs are allowed. Bird aviaries and outdoor cages for pets are not allowed. Where there is any doubt, the HOA may be approached for specific approval.
AM I PERMITTED TO HAVE HOUSEKEEPING STAFF RESIDENT ON MY PROPERTY?
Staff accommodation facilities must be seen as an integrated part of the design of the main dwelling and conform to the Architectural Rules and Guidelines of the HOA.
WHAT KIND OF GARDENING AND LANDSCAPING IS PERMITTED?
In keeping with the magnificent surroundings, indigenous and non-invasive landscaping is encouraged. Please refer to the landscaping section of the Architectural Rules and Guidelines.
CONTROL AND OWNERSHIP
Individual stands will be registered as freehold title.
All common property (gatehouse, clubhouse facilities, roads, parks etc.) will be registered in the name of the HOA.
All un-sold land remains vested with the developer.
IS THE PROPERTY SUBJECT TO A LAND CLAIM?
There is no land claim on the property. There was previously a land claim on the property, which has been fully settled through the Land Claims court process. A certificate confirming this settlement is available upon request.
